Arnitel® stands for a cathegory of thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomers (known as TPE, COPE and TPC) that shows strength and processing characteristics of engineering plastics combined with the performance of thermoset elastomers.
The result: higher processing and productivity when used for rubber replacement in automotive applications.
Arnitel® grades include a variety of applications from flexibility, durability, extreme temperature performance to mechanical strength. Polyester-based materials show most consistent performances than the other elastomers because its characteristics are preserved at both lower and higher temperature.

The Advantages of Arnitel®:
Arnitel® shows excellent mechanical properties that it is good for rubber replacement and it shows excellent performant properties if it is combined with vulcanization.
This material shows chemical resistance and sliding resistance. Arnitel® is suitable for automotive applications, chemical and oil resistance and excellent creep resistance.
This material is extremely flexible in processings: Arnitel® can be injection molded, extruded and blown molded.
