Solef® PVDF
We supply Solef® PVDF in Italy.
Page dedicated to PVDF materials.
Solef® PVDF stands for a cathegory of semi-crystalline fluoropolymers compounds which is the result of the vinylidene fluoride polymerization. This material shows balanced physical property combinations that make it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is thermal resistant in thermal, chemical and UV environments which is a typical property of fluoropolymers.
Main Characteristics:
- No Additives;
- Inherent Stability, which is a typical property of fluoropolymers. This characteristics ensures good wear property.
Copolymers VF2-HFP and VF2-CTFE show better stability at high and low temperatures. VF2-CTFE includes Solef® 60000 series which shows improved balanced properties between high and low temperature resistance and homopolymer thermo-mechanical properties.
In addition to the Solef® PVDF resins, Solvay Specialty Polymers there is a wide range of fluoropolymers which are also easily processable by injection molding, extrusion and all the conventional processing techniques.
