We collect your scraps and regenerate them into granules. This is an opportunity to make residuals productive.
Nevicolor can also offer these services:
Tanks Service: Nevicolor offers a 2x6m tank to be placed at Your site to allow scraps and residuals collection. Every time a tank is collected, it will be replaced by an empty one. We can also collect already ground product needing re-granulation only.
Grinding: the Materials are properly ground in our special mill.
Dust Removal: the Material undergoes a special treatment that allows removal of dust that stacked up on the granule's outer shell.
"As it is" Extrusion: the extrusion is carried out on the material as the customer supplies it without any additional process (grinding, dust removal, additive adding) with mono and twin screw extruders.
Extrusion plus additive adding: the material is extruded adding the additives agreed with the customer
Packaging: the material may be packed in 25 kg bags (the bag type shall be agreed with the customer) or in octabins (1000 kg or heavier), loaded on 110X130cm or larger pallets.
We hold the complete authorizations and documentations for transporting and scraps recompounding.
